MyStampVault Privacy Policy

MyStampVault (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the MyStampVault app.

1. Information You Provide

• Collection and stamp details
• Stamp images (front/back)
• Optional profile info
• Optional feedback/support emails

2. How Data Is Used

• Save and organize collections
• Display and edit records
• Run optional AI features (Fetch, Grade, Estimated Value)

3. AI Features and Processing

If you use AI features, relevant inputs (such as selected fields and images) may be sent to backend services and AI model providers to generate results.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.
Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate app features (backend/cloud/AI providers).

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your collection data is primarily stored under your control on Apple platforms.
Service-side records may be retained only as needed for operations, security, billing, and abuse prevention.

6. Tracking and Analytics

MyStampVault does not use third-party ad tracking for cross-app tracking.

7. Children’s Privacy

MyStampVault is not directed to children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You can choose whether to use AI features and edit/delete your records in the app.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and revise the effective date.
